Product Description

Intertherm-90TM and Intertherm-95TM are recommended where the efficient and reliable thermal coupling of components is required or between any surface where thermal conductivity or heat dissipation is important.

Intertherm 90 contains no silicones and this cannot migrate into electrical contacts with consequent high contact resistance, arcing or mechanical wear.

Intertherm-95TM provides the ultimate in thermal conductivity together with the very wide temperature range obtained by using silicone base oils.

The exceptional properties obtained from Intertherm-95TM are due to the novel use of various metal oxide (ceramics) powders.

A non silicone product is essential for applications where the use of silicone in any product is prohibited or where the specification set by the company states this.
